Hurricane Isaac hits home
Hurricane Isaac has been blowing here at our house for about 24 hours. Still getting some strong wind. Thank you God for protecting us. We did not have any damage or flooding here. We lost power last night around 9pm and it just came back on at 7:30pm. Ahhhh, air conditioner is back on.

ReplyDeletethe wind finally died down by mid day today. No flooding at our house. We live on a natural levee of the bayou so we are pretty high up. thanks for thinking of me!

ReplyDeleteyep Joan, we live right in the middle of it all. doesn't it sound like fun...NOT! the wind is so loud that you think the windows will blow in.
DeleteLoosing power is the hard part because it is so hot this time of year. We have already had no power for a week! This time Entergy was quick and we are thankful.
