Thanks Sue, I made it. I bought one yard of the big print and 1/4 of a yard of the small print. Easy peasy to do.....the dress is two 18 x22 inch pieces and the band is two pieces of 7 x 22 inch piece. Quick and easy to make.
That is adorable!! I'd love to make some like that for Elsie for the warm months coming up. ^_^
